参議院の参観ロビーに置いてあります。
土日、祝日は見学できないところがサラリーマンなスタンプ天狗にはつらいところです。

衆議院の議事堂と参議院の議事堂は何が違うのでしょう？
正解は参議院には議長の後ろに天皇陛下がお出ましになる御椅子のある部屋があり、衆議院にはないのです(議長席の後ろは壁)
